水佔了身體大部分比例

人是水做的,因為在人體各部組織裡,大都靠水來支持,水分就佔了人體全身的70%,可見水對於人體健康的重要性,以下的表格式各組織器官的含水量比例:
由此可知補充好水和攝取營養一樣重要,大部分人只注意各種營養素的攝取,卻忽略了這些細胞及營養素都浸泡在水裡面,而且還要依靠水分做運送的工作,水質的好壞影響健康的程度,其實不亞於各種營養素,所以水質也會影響體質。那麼,每天要喝多少水?

一天大約要喝2000c.c.的水,如果一杯是250c.c就相當於八大杯的水,成人一天所排出的尿量約有1200c.c.,再加上流汗,或是從皮膚所蒸發的水份、糞便,合計每日流失的水份剛好約有2000c.c.,所以粗略的計算,一天喝八大杯的水就可以補充人體流失的水分。一般而言,夏天的水分流失較快,一天約要喝2500c.c.至3000c.c.,即使在冷氣房內工作,在沒有流汗的情況下,也要特別留意水分的補充。

新生兒的身體,有80%是水分;成人有60%;老人只有50%的水分。一樣的年紀,有人仍然皮膚嬌潤,有人老態龍鍾,其差別就是體內水分減少的程度不同。上了年紀以後,細胞的水分慢慢減少,皮膚就會出現皺紋;新陳代謝減弱,不愛喝水;泌尿器官老化,尿液排得更多,水分更為不足。所以人體老化,其實就是不斷乾燥的過程。記得常喝好水,因為好水讓您的體內保持充沛水分,就可以常保年輕健康。
